Only authorized Mystic Catering personnel may access this information, and solely for legitimate business purposes.

• With Davis-Standard management for the coordination of facility operations
• With service providers such as POS vendors, payment processors, security system providers, or maintenance contractors

5. Employee Privacy

Mystic Catering team members working at Anchor Davis-Standard are subject to internal confidentiality and data-protection policies. Employee-specific information is handled in accordance with state and federal employment laws.

The Davis-Standard facility utilizes camera systems for:

• Safety
• Theft prevention
• Incident documentation
• Protection of employees, property, and guests

Footage is retained only for a limited retention schedule and is not used for public, promotional, or non-security purposes.
