These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to, and use of, the Anchor Davis-Standard dining hall and related food service offerings operated by Mystic Catering, Inc. (“Mystic Catering,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By dining with us, purchasing food, or using any Anchor Davis-Standard services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Use of Facility and Services

Anchor Davis-Standard is a private, on-site corporate dining facility serving employees, authorized visitors, and approved contractors of Davis-Standard. Use of the dining hall is conditioned upon compliance with all posted policies, safety guidelines, and behavioral expectations.

We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict facility access to any individual who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that disrupts operations, jeopardizes safety, or interferes with employees or other guests.


2. Menu Availability and Pricing

All menu items, pricing, portion sizes, and availability are subject to change without notice. While Mystic Catering strives for accuracy and consistency, certain items may vary based on:


  • Ingredient availability
  • Supply chain conditions
  • Seasonal adjustments
  • Operational needs


Mystic Catering makes every effort to maintain fair and transparent pricing for all offerings.


3. Allergies, Dietary Restrictions & Food Safety

Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions must inform our team before ordering. While we practice strict food safety standards, Anchor Davis-Standard is not an allergen-free facility. Cross-contact may occur, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

By consuming our food products, guests acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.


4. Payment Terms

All purchases must be paid at the time of sale unless alternative arrangements have been pre-approved by Davis-Standard or Mystic Catering. Accepted payment forms may include:

  • Credit or debit cards.
  • Digital payment.
  • Corporate charge accounts.
     

Unpaid or disputed charges may result in suspension of account privileges or denial of service.


5. Refunds and Adjustments

Refund or replacement requests will be considered when:

  • An item is prepared incorrectly.
  • A product does not meet quality standards.
  • A transactional error occurs.
     

Refunds are issued at the discretion of Mystic Catering management. Abuse of refund policies may result in restrictions on future purchases.


6. Behavioral Expectations

To maintain a safe and respectful workplace dining environment, guests agree to:

  • Treat staff and other customers with courtesy.
  • Follow posted safety instructions.
  • Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
  • Protect facility property and equipment.
     

Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.


7. Facility Access

Access to Anchor Davis-Standard is restricted to those with proper Davis-Standard authorization. Unauthorized entry is strictly prohibited. Security cameras may be used for safety monitoring, theft prevention, and incident documentation.


8. Privacy and Data Handling

Limited information related to transactions, security, and catering coordination may be collected. Mystic Catering’s Privacy Policy governs how such information is used and protected. By using our services, guests acknowledge and consent to those practices.


9. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystic Catering and Anchor Davis-Standard:

  • Are not responsible for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
  • Are not liable for adverse reactions to food consumed.
  • Are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from facility use.
     

Guests assume responsibility for their actions within the dining facility.


10. Changes to Terms

Mystic Catering may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised versions will be posted or made available upon request. Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

At Anchor Davis-Standard, we take great pride in the quality of our food and service. If an item does not meet expectations, we are committed to addressing the issue promptly and professionally.


Eligibility for Refunds or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be issued when:

  • A menu item is prepared incorrectly
  • A product does not meet our quality standards.
  • A transaction error occurs at the point of sale.


Requests must be made at the time of service or within a reasonable period on the same day.


Limitations

  • Refunds cannot be provided for items that were prepared correctly but not preferred.
  • Abuse of the refund process may result in limitations on future requests.
  • All refunds or replacements are subject to management approval.
